Patients will receive a financial estimate prior to their procedure. To secure a surgical appointment, all patient financial responsibility must be paid in full prior to the scheduled surgery date. Surgery may be postponed or cancelled if payment is not received. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cancellations and No-Show Fees:
If a patient cancels or reschedules surgery with less than 24 hours ' notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
